REFUND & RETURN POLICY – GOOD FRAGRANCE CO

At Good Fragrance Co, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

RETURNS

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used fragrance products.

We only accept returns if:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was sent
• The product arrived leaking or defective

To qualify for a return:
• You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
• The product must be unused and in its original packaging
• You must provide photo proof of the issue

REFUNDS

Once your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Good Fragrance Co.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
• Opened or used fragrances
• Products purchased on sale or during promotions
• Orders with incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Good Fragrance Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

CHARGEBACKS & FRAUD

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargeback misuse.
